Full Mouth Rehabilitation
Full mouth reconstruction is the rebuilding all of teeth in a patient’s mouth. Full mouth reconstructions combine esthetics with the science of restorative dentistry to improve health, function and beauty of the mouth. This is done when teeth are worn, broken, or lost from fracture. There is usually dysfunction of the chewing process and muscles guiding chewing. This dysfunction creates damage that often involves pain, sensitivity and soreness and even tooth loss. Treatment can include crowns, bridges, veneers, dental implants, and/or dentures that will essentially provide not only a “smile makeover”, but improved chewing efficiency for the patient. In some patients, specialists such as orthodontists, endodontists, periodontists and oral surgeons are involved to facilitate the best possible outcome. Once the process is complete a patient can enjoy smiling and eating well with confidence!
